#ILoveGay Today’s special edition of “Voices of LA”, debuting with Damien Navarro, executive director of Outfest, one of the original, largest and oldest LGBTQ+ film festivals worldwide. Outfest launches today with a whole new format, taking advantage of Damien’s background in marketing & technology, whereby he and his team during the pandemic are bringing this film festival format quicker and deeper into the digital age, while retaining some of their “in the real world” feel by screening films in local drive-ins throughout Southern California.
#ILoveGay Today’s “Voices of LA” meets up with Alexander Rodriguez at Industriel Farm Cuisine in downtown LA, where we chat about some of his work bringing various LA voices to the forefront via his On The Rocks On Air show, as well as virtually via Metrosource Magazine’s various online events they’ve been hosting over the past few months.
#ILoveGay Today meets up with Kate Wolff of both Lupine Creative and Do the WeRQ as part of our “Voices of LA” series filmed at Industriel Farm Cuisine in DTLA! We chat about her work, as well as her coming out story, which still boggles the imagination that in 2020, coming out can be so life-changing and traumatic.
This is a special Pink Media “Voices of LA” segment with Fabrice Tasendo, who runs Pink Media Los Angeles and is focused on client management, especially when it comes to setting up advertising that is hyper-targeted to a client’s specific LGBTQ+ demographic. We use blog posts, articles, photos and video and distribute these via hyper-targeting on mobile apps, social media, e-mail campaigns and LGBTQ+ banner advertising. We chat about this and more, as part of our #ILoveGay Today video podcast series.
